Mono Calcium Phosphate
Properties:
Mono Calcium Phosphate is crystal powder, easily soluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, soluble in water and almost insoluble in alcohol. It loses crystal water at 109˚C and decomposes into Calcium Metaphosphate at 203˚C.
Uses in Food Industries:
- It is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement and chelating agent.
- Fermenting agent for buffer, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, modifier in meat organization.
- It is used to improve saccharification and fermentation in brewery.

Available in 25/50 kg HDPE bags with LD liner.
