  • Mono Calcium Phosphate

     

    Properties:

    Mono Calcium Phosphate is crystal powder, easily soluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, soluble in water and almost insoluble in alcohol. It loses crystal water at 109˚C and decomposes into Calcium Metaphosphate at 203˚C.

     

    Uses in Food Industries:

    1. It is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement and chelating agent.
    2. Fermenting agent for buffer, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, modifier in meat organization.
    3. It is used to improve saccharification and fermentation in brewery.

     

    Packing:

    Available in 25/50 kg HDPE bags with LD liner.
