    It is an important boron compound, a mineral, and a salt of boric acid. It is usually a white powder comprising of soft colourless crystals, which dissolve easily in water.

    It is used for following purpose:

    1. As a fire retardant

    2. To make buffer solutions in biochemistry.

    3. As an anti-fungal compound for fibreglass.

    4. As an insecticide.

    5. As a flux in metallurgy.

    6. It is applied in the PVC electric cable, PP, EVA, unsaturated polyester, epoxy polyester, natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

    Packing:

    25Kg HDPE or paper bags with inner liner or 50 Kg HDPE bags with LD liner.

    Storage - Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
